"Breakfast items sitting in warmer trays too long eggs unappetizing, ham dried out. Coffee too strong and not refilled until pointed out empty"

"Booked last minute as I was just tired from highway driving. Hotel was low occupancy which meant lots of free parking and. I waiting for check in. This was by far the quietest hotel stay I can recall. I heard no sounds from neighbours, the hallway or from out side. The room was set to a very comfortable temperature and the heater in the room had to be the quietest heater of any room I have ever rented. Breakfast offerings covered the usual offerings for hotel chains. Both hot and cold options. The eggs were scrambled and likely from liquid eggs but they did the job as did the solo offering of bacon. Several bread varieties were also avail to go with either hot or cold breakfast options. Four juice offerings, all were your blended machine offerings so I missed my fresh orange juice. The hotel was very clean in all areas we were in (lobby, room, breakfast) Located a short walk or drive from shopping and a number of chain restaurants. We ate across the street at Mr Mike’s Steakhouse. Both staff and food also get our enthusiastic thumbs up. "

"The free breakfast was great, lots of different options! And hotel staff were friendly and helpful at check in. The pool was unfortunately shut down during our stay but we were able to swim elsewhere. The rooms could use a more thorough cleaning but overall a pretty good place to stay."

"Entry way was rough for wheelchair entry. Continental breakfast was very good. Parking was a bit rough as there is a small lot and they allowed BIG trucks to park in it."

"Very spacious. Room and bathroom could use a deep clean. Mold on bathroom walls."

"Was given a room where smoke detector was damaged and dangling down from the ceiling, ceiling paint was cracked near the smoke detector, paint was damaged near doors, and tv screen crackled until it warmed up (ran for +10 minutes)."

"For what I needed it was great. I travel lots so I have learnt to have things I feel important to have and with doing so. It was really fantastic for myself and my daughter. It was one of our best visits. It as a great price. We both stayed down stairs The upstairs wasn’t good for me as I get dizzy. And my daughter has no depth perception. It’s an older place. And it’s referred to as the cottage. And that is a perfect way to present it. They are only a text away. Very helpful and prompt. It was great for us. 😊👌 "
