"Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. "Nicely refurbished rooms but no heat in the room so was given a small space heater?? Then mid afternoon the music started beneath us, we were told by the front desk the party would finish between 5-6pm. At 7pm it was still going strong. Music so loud no TV could drown it out and the floor vibrated. We asked to be moved, which was accommodated but only to a smaller queen size room (we had a king) - no compensation and no apologies. Would not stay again. "
