"Best place to stay for exploring downtown Nanaimo. Very close to places you wanna try eating at. Also walking distance to old city quarter, harbourfront, and drop-off & pickup point if you’re taking the hullo. Room is very nice, well-serviced, and staff are very kind. Will definitely come back again."

"Older facility but well maintained we chose room in the main building. Rooms were spacious and clean. LOVED that we could take our dog.
Hot tub is nice but a bit strange to be in the middle of the gym (open space).
Breakfast was great and staff were super helpful and accommodating.
I would definitely stay again"
