"The room is spacious and clean, comfortable beds. Very friendly stuff. Tea at the Empress stuff was very nice. There was an issue with the washroom, it was making some noise during the night( pipes maybe). I hope they'll fix the problem. But over all, our stay was great. We'll definitely come back."

"We had a wonderful day! The amenities and property were fresh and well maintained. We did the bike rental from the hotel - the bikes were all adult sized, so it was a bit difficult for our tweens to manage, but they did ok. That would be my only point of feedback"

"Honestly it feels like a vacation away from home right when you get there you know that feeling when you get out the plane and you’re in Hawaii and you’re heading to your hotel that’s the same feeling the river. It’s a nice feeling and they do a good job and the staff are nice. Everything is perfect. I enjoyed my stay and so did my family. And the room service is top-of-the-line."
