"It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Only complaint i have is the bed was too tall. I had to use a step stool to get in it. Elderly people will have a problem getting in the bed."
"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and was upgraded to a king suite ! Pool area was clean and towels were stocked. Breakfast was good and well stocked ! Nice weekend getaway with the grandkids, would definitely visit again !"
"The first day was absolutely terrible...I paid an extra 75$ for my animal wo knowing about it too only have a big dog running the hallways barking and jumping around and scaring my cat to death...they had no elevator n no extra luggage carts...they door was broken and I had to carry all my stuff clear around to another door making 4 or 5 trips in the heat..the staff acted as if it was all a regular thing esp about the dog...i spent alot of money there n it was awful n like most didnt even care"
"Top sheet was dirty on the bed. Coffee maker didn’t work.
Complained to staff and was told they’d give me points. They didn’t. The stay doesn’t even register on the app."
"The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The amenities were very simple. The carpeting in the hallway and in the room was a little worn and smelled a little bit old. The bed was very comfortable, it did have a little squeaky noise when you move around. Overall, it was a great experience. I would stay here again."
"Enjoyed staying, Very clean and comfortable room. The river, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Nice clean Gym I hit every morning. Front desk, Bar tender, server, housekeeping ladies and the maintenance guy ALL very pleasant, polite and helpful. Good job guys !!! That was my second stay... I'll be back...."
