Lovely apartment but is getting tired. Room not prepared properly. Sofa bed was not made up on arrival and despite having paid for additional person at time of booking, reception tried to charge more. Sofa bed was filthy with leaves under mattress, was full of hairs and stained. Fortunately two sets of sheets eventually provided and us cleaning it, made it bearable. Cutlery drawers filthy - had to wash it and cutlery before use. Handles and hinges of cupboards damaged. Insufficient crockery and cooking pans (no lids) and nothing suitable for using microwave. However it was spacious. Set out in lovely grounds with great pool and bbq. Parking was covered and v secure. Great location. CBD easily reached on foot within 15 minutes walk. If room had been clean and prepared properly, it would have a 5 Star rating. Shame that it was let down by above. Would stay again.

Unfortunately this place isn’t the greatest. It needs some work to spruce it up. The shower was dirty and basically just a dribble. The couch was also dirty and uncomfortable, the pillows were flat and also uncomfortable and the place was quite dusty. The TV also constantly kept cutting out and you had to log in again. Good location though.

Property overall was good but I did have a 2 bedroom apartment booked for the nite (booked over 4 mo this in advance) and when we rocked up I was told we couldn't have the 2 bedroom apartment I booked and had to have 2 seperate small rooms. Wasn't happy.

The cleaners need to check that the crockery, plates, cups etc, have actually been washed by the previous customer, as i had to wask 2 cups to use them as they still had dry coffee in them and 1 plate had dry egg and grease on it.

Stayed here before pre-Covid and the apartments were really tidy and clean, however this time we figure something has gone wrong. Black mold in the shower, food between couch cushions, bits of food in microwave, dirty laundry tub, stains on bedsheets and pillow case and general surface dust. Just a bit dirty. Shame as good location and car parking available.

Lovely clean room. Loads of space. Difficulty contacting the property as all numbers were disconnected. Had paid for a third person but bed was not made and had to ask for extra linen and make up the bed myself.

I have stayed here numerous times, the staff are always pleasant but work focused. My apartment was well presented, very clean and tidy. The complex is in a narrow street which does get busy.

Nice place to stay but a little disappointing
We have stayed at Spring Hill Mews before so thought we’d stay again. After booking abs paying online, I tried contacting by phone but 3 phone numbers were out of order and no response via website. Disappointed about that. It’s usually great, very comfy beds, clean and spacious but the lack of a tea towel this time wasn’t good.

Close to the city, convenient, clean
Family stayed here for one night because our flight was cancelled. The place is close to the city centre, 15 minutes walk but up a steep hill, so I wouldn't count on walking into city centre if mobility is an issue. There was secure parking and free Wifi. Check-in was no hassle. The place was cleaned and air conditioned throughout. It had all the basics for an apartment. Slightly dated inside, but felt clean and comfortable. The king size bed was great. Two sets of bath/toilets, which was convenient for a family. We didn't have any noise issues. Overall, a comfortable stay, not far from the city, reasonable price, will be happy to stay again.

The most disappointing aspects of this property were the mattress which was extremely uncomfortable and the sound insulation between floors. Being forced to listen to cries of passion from the couple upstairs in the middle of the night wasn't on our itinerary. Otherwise the property was well located to St Andrews Hospital and Brisbane CBD.

Not worth the money.
I stayed here many years ago and it was reasonable but getting outdated. I felt it was very expensive for what is on offer. Broken shower head, springs in the bed poking out, cupboard doors and kick boards swollen chip board from getting wet, bathroom outdated. A sheet on the couch to either keep it clean or hide that it as dirty. Good size but way too expensive.

It was chosen because it was close to st andrews hospital. we will visit hospital but would choose alternative accommodation. no information in room re eating places. repairs to minor deterioration very basic in bathroom. sliding door screen at lounge has been torn at latch area.

A Lovey stay
We enjoyed the stay the two-floor apartment quite a lot particularly my kids. It is their first time to live in this type of apartment The staff r friendly n helpful The rooms r spacious n good enough to accommodate family of five However, the eating n cooking utensils r not clean n kept in a satisfactory condition The apartment is a bit far away fr supermarket ( 16-minutes walking distance)

A spacious and low-price apartment
Good kitchen, except that the fry pan is quite scratchy. We had a one-week stay so we cooked. Car park secure and convenient in/out. Walkable distance from the city centre, though need to walk up the hill. Quite some smokers smoking in the outdoor area of the hotel. We need to rush into the apartment from the car park. The bright side is you don’t smell smoke inside the apartment.

Apartment was very clean & had everything we needed in it, it was comfortable made you feel at home, loved the area (not the hills) Roma Parklands was fantastic, free bus to the C.B.D.was good and not far to walk to Roma St. station. would recommend it & would stay there again. very close to Brisbane C.B.D

There was no soap container in the shower so nowhere to place soap when showering. The outside balcony table and chairs were filthy. No face washers supplied so a trip to the shops was necessary. A couple of light bulbs needed replacing. These were all reported to Management when departing.
