Rooms were wonderful so much bigger than I thought. Position is great. There is some building next door but didn’t affect me whatsoever. Easy checking in easy checkout. Couldn’t ask for more. !

The hotel is positioned right on the corner of the Brisbane river so our room view gave a fantastic view in both directions. Apartments are a good size

I worked here back in tbe 90s, so was quite nostalgic. Service was good and roo. Was clean. All good except it was dissappointing to see the same crappy A/C in the bedroom that did not cool the room which made fir ab uncomfortable nights sleep. They were bad 30 years ago, worse now. Also the TV remote had no channel changer, could only change the channel by number pad. The diswasher didnt work.

At the price I paid, the hotel was great value, but it is quite away out of the CBD, with limited dining or shops or anything to do close by. The room was quite good and well set up with a good range of kitchen equipment. Each room has a document you can fill out to report faults, things not working etc, which is a great idea as it saves staff forgetting what they are told.

The reception was friendly and helpfull, the room was spacious and the view was breathtakingly beautifull. The hotels placement is perfect, close to the city and only minutes away from the trainstation. I would love to stay here again
