Hotel murah di Brinkhaven

"We were in town for a concert and needed to check-in early. Staff was accommodating, however, we did have to pay an extra $35 to check-in early. I can understand the fee and appreciated being able to so we would not have to leave our concert early. The room was very clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great! Felt very safe and comfortable and would stay again next time I'm in town."

"The pool didn't open until 10am, you have to check out at 11, so you couldn't really get in the pool and get showered and your suit somewhat dried before you had to leave. Most of the surrounding establishments, opened at 10, so if you wanted to get there early, you would have wanted your pool time in early. When I got in my room, there was some hair in my sink, and a dirty towel was left in there. The rest of the hotel seemed clean though and the staff seemed nice."

"A unique property , no o site parking cause apparently they only had horses when it was built :) but the free town parking lot is 20yrd from the rear entrance. Grear location foe visiting the Amish sites and towns.Has its own Tavern which serves food but we walked touthe Cider press a few yards down rhe road and thenold brewery a few yaeds up the road. quaint town centre . Hotel is on a busy crossroads lots of truck traffic so can be noisy but didnt bother us. couldnt be beaten locally foer...

"We stayed at the cottage. Living room, full kitchen and half bth on first floor while bed room and full bath on top. Very clean and well prepared. The outside garden is beautiful. Main building where main office locat we is very clean and nice to visit while we have breakfast there. Hidden gem!"

"They canceled my reserved room without informing me. Earlier, I called them because my flight was delayed and asked whether they could either move my reservation to the next day or provide a refund. They told me that neither option was possible. At no point did I ask them to cancel my reservation. However, when we arrived at the property around 11:30 PM, the staff informed us that they had already given our room to someone else and laughed in my face. I requested them if they could provide me...

"There was a mix up with the reservation but the desk clerk was very diligent and fixed immediately for, which I am very appreciative. This is not my first stay here. It is always top notch with cleanliness and courteous staff. I will be returning. Thanks so much for a great stay!"

"We got off to a bad start because we arrived before the specified 8 pm and no one was there to check us in and no one answered the phone listed on the door. Another guest had phone for manager and she came when he called but it was distressing. Room was pretty clean and very basic. The refrigerator did not work even after we plugged it in. Manager was nice but they do have staffing issues."
