"Just an overnight trip but ideal place to stay for value.Do wish there was a shuttle service to casino for show we went to but was truly about a 5 minute drive."

"Pros…location right off the Mass Pike and 10 minutes from downtown Springfield. Looked modern, and was very clean. Staff was nice. Cons…paper thin walls. The guests around us were loud but it was a Saturday night and probably enjoyed some beverages but they weren’t obnoxiously loud, we just heard everything through the walls. Every laugh, every word, and worse every hacking cough. I wish I spent a little more and stayed at the casino. The breakfast was an average chain hotel buffet. Not bad, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, pancakes, and cereal. Coffee was good. If you’re under 30 and just want a place to crash for the night it’s probably fine. I wouldn’t bring my family or stay for business. "

"Place was awful. Didn't expect much at all, but far worse than I would have ever imagined. I plugged in the air conditioner and the outlet started to smoke Got a new room, should have gotten a different hotel Next room. Air conditioner couldn't be adjusted, the knob was broken. Turned on the microwave and blew a fuse. Tv wouldn't work"

"Booked through hotel.com, arrived to a property with a completely empty parking lot. Checked in to a room that was visibly filthy, moldy and unbearable stench. Immediately returned to the desk to request a refund. Denied by the manager, referred to the owner who told me to take it up with hotels.com. I left to find another hotel and then reached out to hotels.com, who also denied a refund so no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. So disappointing."

"Room was very clean and spacious . Bathroom was very clean too. Only complaint was hot food at breakfast was not kept up with for the amount of guests on a Saturday morning and the one attendant was trying to keep up. Maybe have 2 attendants might help."
