It was frustrating to find out after making the booking that a car stacker was used which required an appointment with orientation. Given we were not sure when we would arrive, it made it impossible to make an appointment to have the orientation which meant we could not use the parking "

"We stayed in this apartment for 6 nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We found cockroaches every single day in various areas, including both large adults and many baby cockroaches, which suggests an ongoing infestation. They were mainly found in the kitchen, even though we kept the apartment clean throughout our stay and were careful not to leave food out. We would not stay here again and do not recommend this property to other travellers."

"The place is clean but set back is that there is Aircon in the rooms but this was o/come with cool weather in Melbourne. Toilets doors has no lock. And the place is Abit small for 4 occupants. There is no housekeeping services which is a let down. One saving grace is the gym and hot tub and sauna. But the location is superb and within walking distance to many nearby facilities like QVM and train station. The booking needs to clearly highlight that my booking is without house keeping.
