10/10 Excellent

"Megan was so helpful at our stay. We were having problems with our key card and she quickly took care of it. She is very professional and handles anything you need in a very friendly calm manner. I would hire her for my company as she is an asset to this hotel company. Rooms are very clean. Beds are very comfortable and dig friendly. We will come back again and highly recommend to others"

Gravity Haus Jackson Hole

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The especially noticed the floors were not carpet and I loved it. Easy to see they were clean. The free TV was almost unusable as the signal was poor but at least the apps were helpful to login and stream from your favorite accounts. The bathroom doors were my least favorite as they were barn doors and were damaged where you couldn't lock them. Fine if you are staying with a family member but not private at all, if you are with friends. The remote for the the television was missing when we arrived and took some time for an employee to get us a replacement. Overall it was a decent stay with a few hiccups but was manageable for one night."

"It was an excellent Hostel type hotel. The room was very well kept. The bed was very comfortable. The common gathering room was very large with a huge assortment of games with a nice seating area with a TV. You can't go wrong for the price. I did miss not having a TV in the room. I knew the room didn't have a TV when I booked it. It's just that I missed it more than I thought I would."
