"We drove from Nashville Tennessee to Columbus Ohio for a wedding shower for my niece. The check in time was 3pm. We checked in 10 minutes early and we went to our room. The cleaning crew didn't clean the room yet. My daughter and I went downstairs and decide to have a drink while we wait. We waiting another 30 minutes and it still was not done. The cleaning crew rush to finish it up to get us into the room. The manager did apologize and offer to put us in another room but we decided it...

"The hotel is pretty new so everything was in great shape. The decor was very well done in the rooms. The rooftop bar was also a nice place to hang out. We had a mixup when we checked in and ended up walkingninto someone else's room. THANKFULLY, they weren't in the room at the time! Once the issue was corrected we didnt have any more issues with the service. It would have been nice to have been given a breakfast voucher or something for their mistake, but it wasn't the end of the world. ...
