Positive:
access to pools included, also the day of check out;
Direct indoor access from hotel to winter riviera;
Good breakfast
Negative:
Third bed was a mattress on the floor;
Door to terrace not properly working;
Hotel details looked quite dated and need maintenance;
Price quite high for the service offered

Buon compromesso e rapporto qualità- prezzo. L'hotel non merita le 4 stelle comunque dignitoso, buoni i pasti a buffet. Grande vantaggio la comunicazione diretta con le piscine della Riviera Termale. Ideale per bambini anche piccoli che si divertono in acqua!! Giudizio complessivo buono ... non paragonabile comunque con le strutture austriache.

Le terme di Catez sono un complesso ben concepito per divertirsi in qualunque periodo dell'anno. Ma considerato l'elevato numero di persone manca di servizi fondamentali quali quello medico. Premesso che sono andata nel ponte del primo maggio , che il tempo non è stato dei migliori e che, quindi,eravamo tutti nella struttura interna dell'acquapark. Permettetemi di dirlo..un vero carnaio! Non c'era alcun controllo agli scivoli (ho visto ragazzi scivolare in piedi, altri in quattro) e se ti fai male...il medico c'è dal lunedì al venerdì! Passando all'hotel Toplice: le camere sono vecchiotte ma pulite. All'interno c'è di tutto per divertire grandi e bambini ma...il personale è di una freddezza unica,non c'è cordialità, sorriso, gentilezza. In portineria si è verficato anche un fatto molto spiacevole: siamo arrivati con una prenotazione di hotels.com e il portiere di turno ci ha detto duramente che non potevano essere quelli i prezzi e che noi dovevamo pagare 200 euro in più! !! Nonostante avessimo prenotato una tripla con aggiunta di un letto voleva farci dormire in tre nel letto matrimoniale!!!! Fortuna il personale di hotels.com che una volta contattato ha risolto la situazione. Al momento del pagamento però abbiamo dovuto pagare una somma completamente diversa da quella prenotata e diversa da quella che ci diceva il primo portiere. Il complesso mi è piaciuto molto ma non tornerei al Toplice ed eviterei le festività .

Per un weekend location ideale, facilmente raggiungibile, comoda, divertente per i bambini... servizio e qualità buona... in ulteriore progresso rispetto a qualche anno fa. Lo consiglio!

Molto soffisfatti!
Abbiamo sogggiornato 3 giorni in agosto in mezza pensione: ottima scelta sia per la colazione che per la cena. La camera era molto pulita, spaziosa. OTTIMA posizione con accesso diretto per le terme sia invernali che estive (entrambe fantastiche sia per grandi che piccini),
