"We very much enjoyed this property and the surrounding area of Lake Garda. The hotel staff, especially Georgia, went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. We received a upgrade to their two-story penthouse suite with wrap around balcony overviewing the lake and sunset. There is a walking path along the lake in both directions where we walked to local restaurants on the water in the evening. "All in all, it was simply amazing place, very good service and awesome location. The minor thing comes from the booking system from hotels.com ( apparently it’s Expedia). When you book for a 2 adults and a kid, you do mention that the age of the kid. In our instance our daughter is 10 but on the booking it stated infant / baby. So the room booked did not match the size of the family, and ended up in some discussions which are not the best when you just had a very long driving travel and you have...

"Right from the start the staff made us feel right at home - nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The facilities were great- especially the pool which was great to cool - off in. There were plenty of deck chairs to lie on both at the hotel and over the road at the private beech on the lakes edge. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. We have been in Europe for 6 weeks now and this by far the best place to stay both for staff and facilities."
