"We very much enjoyed this property and the surrounding area of Lake Garda. The hotel staff, especially Georgia, went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. We received a upgrade to their two-story penthouse suite with wrap around balcony overviewing the lake and sunset. There is a walking path along the lake in both directions where we walked to local restaurants on the water in the evening. "Wonderful hotel. Perfect location and unique in that there is a beautiful area with grass and trees right by the lake. All the hotel staff were superb and make you feel like you're on holiday at all times. The superior double room was great with amazing views of the lake and mountains. Food was excellent and good value. Overall a really enjoyable stay. We will be visiting again. "

"Very nice and conveniently located small hotel on Lake Garda: friendly and effective service, comfortable, clean, a small own pier on the lake to chill: I did enjoy my stay! Two small remarks perhaps: - there are two wallboxes for electric vehicles on the property, but unless I did not get it, it is only possible to recharge Teslas; - the atmosphere is a bit too 'Germanic' for a hotel on Lake Garda in Italy."

"We had a wonderful time in Garda that was facilitated by the lovely staff who were all friendly and helpful people. In fact they could not have done more for us! We arrived by public transport. The buses served us well on our a trip. For those using the bus, get off at hotel Caribe which is next to hotel merano. The rooms were very clean, the lake view was perfect, the breakfasts were fresh and delicious with plenty of choice. The local village is Pai which is a 10minute walk along the lake...

"The hotel has an excellent view over Lake Garda and even its own sunbathing area on the lake. The staff were friendly and the facilities very nice. The room was functional and not as compelling as the rest of the hotel, but still recommended."

"Location is great and the staff was very friendly. The bed was one where you can feel the springs and there was no A/C, which made sleeping impossible. Of course if the room was on the lake side there would have been a breeze. Not to mention, cooler weather would have made a difference as well. Overall, I recommend it because the price was very reasonable even though the bed was horrible and the room a sauna. But I was there for the lake and location was amazing."
