"I found this to be a traditional Chambre d'Hôte, where you don't feel you are in a hotel but rather a guest in the house of the owners. My room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfasts were very good, and the hosts were welcoming. What more do you need? The house is about a 10-minute walk from Gaillac across the river. It is also a fairly short drive into Albi, which is a small city that is well worth exploring."

"A wonderful stay in a beautiful place. Emilie couldn’t have been more accommodating. Thank you!"

"This is a wonderful place too stay with one drawback - there’s no restaurant which means driving to Gaillac too find somewhere to eat. Alternatively, the room has a mini-kitchen and there are ready-to-heat meals available - beautifully presented in glass jars…and the chateau’s own wines are excellent"

"No fridge and no kettle in the room."

"Chateau de Salettes is a welcome haven in a sea of the typical hotels. Its quiet elegance and beautiful surroundings make it an exceptional destination. "

"Beautiful place. Great hosts. Superb breakfast. We had an amazing time. Wished we had the time to stay longer."

"Hébergement spacieux et très bien équipé. Un cadre très calme et relaxant avec du personnel à l’écoute. Parfait pour les vacances"
