"Pamela was absolutely wonderful helping us with our stay. Our meals in the restaurant (both breakfast and dinner) were excellent. Eloise provided exceptional service in the restaurant and Kevin in the lounge was both fun and engaging. "The room was okay, it had a bad smell (I think it was the carpet) but we got used to it. There was only bath towels, no hand towels. The view was amazing. The restaurant downstairs was amazing. We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel, and more in the surrounding area, so that smell did not take the score down too low :)"

"After arriving at the hotel we left right away to head out for dinner. After coming back to the room around 10:30 we noticed the TV would not turn on nor did any of our outlets work. We phoned the front desk and a worker came around 11pm. They could not get the outlets or tv to work either. At 12pm we finally had to move rooms (as we had to have working outlets to charge our phones.) However, the only room left was by the elevator. This room was not bad at all, very clean.
