"What I didn’t like: - This property is going through some kind of transition from a short term rental to a hotel? As a result, amenities you would normally find in a hotel are not offered here. "I had a few questions and requests and the owner was very accommodating and responsive. It's one of the best qualities any owner/manager can have (communication skills). The room is small, but was perfect for my needs. The area is quiet and the property is kept very clean. We did not need to use the kitchen area, but it's very convenient if you want to prepare your own meals. I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars."

"Was a little concerned to stay here because I saw some bad reviews but I stayed at this property for 5 nights and as a young solo female traveler I felt completely safe here and would love to stay here again when I come back to Seattle! It’s a cute little property with everything I needed, the other guests were quiet and respectful as well. "We stayed here 2 nights. There were 4 kids 2 adults and it was perfect. We felt safe and comfortable. It had plenty of space for us all and is quiet. Only thing is if you're going ro use the couch hideaway bed bring your own sheets and blankets because there is nothing there."

"Stay was great! WiFi was sometimes glitchy and the remote for bedroom needs new batteries. Other than that stuff property communication was great and so was the location. I’d recommend and stay again. "

"Wonderful location within walking distance of MANY destinations. Clean and cozy room to stay in, quiet and safe place to stay. We enjoyed the week, especially being able to easily walk to everything we needed within 20 minutes."

"A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed"
