Expedia page says "Breakfast available", turns out that breakfast isn't available and you'll find yourself paying extra for it. Impatient and unkind receptionist with some issues. Stay away.

First of all, the staff were not welcoming or friendly. The hotel is the first I've seen that operates a code system for the rooms. The first room we tried to check-in to, the code did not work. We went to reception and they gave us another code, which also did not work. No matter, they switched us to another room. This time the code did work, but there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drains. You needed to keep the bathroom door shut or the whole room would smell bad. The room was small but adequate, comfortable bed. I also paid for use of the underground parking. This is another code. It worked the first time, no problem. However, after we used the car the next day to visit Hamburg. We returned late in the evening with the car and the code to enter the car park no longer worked. The reception was closed and there is no number to call. There does not seem to be any way of contacting the hotel management when the reception is closed, which is concerning if your room code suddenly stops working. We could not access the car park and had to park some distance away on the street and walk back to the hotel in the pouring rain. The next morning, I went to the front desk to complain about the parking code the night before, I was told to email the hotel to ask for a refund of the parking charge. I did this immediately and more than a week later, have not received any reply or refund. Very disappointing and I would hesitate to stay at another B&B hotel.

Nice, very clean hotel. Nothing fancy, but nice. Good customer service. I would give four stars to the breakfast buffet if I could, but everything else is 5 stars.

Very clean and good family room, may a bit compact. Easy transport(tram) or walkable into the City. Just car parking was free, but outside opposite car park. Thought it was under the hotel parking for small charge only complaint.

Nice and clean budget hotel. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom and the air conditioning was nice on a hot summer day. Good restaurants in walking distance as well. Really enjoyed the stay there.

Långt över förväntan.
Hotellet är långt över förväntningarna. Spårvagn från hotellet till centrum går ofta. Allt är nytt och fräscht. Smidig parkering i källaren. Mycket bättre än priset säger.

Es gab alles was man braucht. Praktisch ist auch die S-Bahnstation quasi vor der Hoteltür! ;-) Gelegentlich hat man das Trampeln, oder Tür zu fallen lassen gehört. Ist aber nicht störend für uns gewesen. Das B&B Überseestadt ist klar weiter zu empfehlen.

Leider spiegelt sich der Zustand im Preis wieder. Das Personal war unfreundlich, das Zimmer und die Bettwäsche dreckig und im Badezimmer roch es extrem unangenehm.

Weekend tur
Flot nyt billighotel, tæt på Bremen Messe. Morgenmad ok, men ikke overdådig. Ligger i en ny bydel, hvor der bygges meget, der er alligevel blevet plads til i nogle gode restauranter i gåafstand. Sporvogn lige uden for døren til Bremen centrum. Billig p-kælder 6€ i døgnet

Leider war das Hotel sehr schmutzig. Im Bad waren überall Flecken und Spuren,als ob jemand dort erbrochen hat. Das war eckelhaft und unhygienisch. Da in den Zimmern keine Getränke gab, ging ich zum Automaten, der sich in der Lobby des Hotels befindet, um mir eine Flasche Wasser zu holen. Das Automat war defekt. Musste leider um 21 Uhr wieder ausfahren,um Wasser zu holen. Aus den Wasserhahn zu trinken hätte ich mich nicht getraut, da das Badezimmer so eckelhaft war. Der Boden im Zimmer war auch schmutzig. Das Bett quietscht. Nach 6 Stunden fahrt und da wir nur für eine Nacht im Hotel waren, wollte ich nicht zur Rezeption gehen und um ein anderes Zimmer oder um Reinigung bitten. Ich denke auch nicht, dass die anderen Zimmer besser wären. Das Zimmer war zu klein, man hat keinen Platz einen mittelgroßen Koffer aufzumachen.
