We were met at the front desk by Akhmed, our multilingual, hospitable host. The other two men who managed and supervised the hotel were clearly active in fixing problems and meeting the needs of the guests. There is an elevator. "I can't say enough about the staff: extremely caring and accommodating! This is a beautiful property with an incredible location-- the perfect place for a romantic getaway. Highly recommended in every respect but with one caution. This is not an easy location to get to and from. It's a great place to stay put but not for daily getting out to explore the area."

Good stay

"We liked the hotel and the staff. They went out of their way to accommodate us. When the elevator didn't work and I couldn't walk down the stairs the last day of our stay, all hands were there to help. I stayed at the hotel a lot since I got sick during the stay and the staff was very helpful in letting my family and friends visit me. Loved the bed. My husband wishes the shower were a little bigger. "
