"Our second stay at the hotel, in the room right next door to where we were last time. Only slight changes gave hotel a bit different feel. Staff seemed a bit more cohesive and attentive last visit and breakfast seemed more generous last time. And though we are successfully dieting and without our dog, the room seemed a bit smaller. Still a nice place that beats the most prices in St. Moritz."

"Frühstücksbüffet wurde zu wenig betreut, nachgefüllt. Beim Nachtessen hat mir etwas gewöhnliches gefehlt. Das Hühnchenbein mit eingemachten süssen Zwiebeln ohne Stärkebeilage war seeehr speziell, zwar fein, aber ich wurde davon nicht satt. Deshalb habe ich die ganzen Brotplättchen gegessen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Das Ambiente ist gut und das Personal sehr nett."

"The sheets in the bed find private hairs on the bed I doubt that if they put a new clean sheets and also the soap in the shower didn’t worked, noise from all traffic and people coming late night talking loud not even a shower cap or travel toilette that others hotels as minimum always provide I believe too tight to provide whit things that others hotels as minimum"

"Our room had great big windows that opened, wonderful sheets and crispy comforters ! Would have enjoyed fireplace earlier than 5 pm on a rainy day but used sauna which is lovely. Organic restaurant...fit our expectations."

"We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!"

"Overall this hotel was good, but not our favourite on this trip. The service and staff were wonderful but the fact that a 5 star hotel like this does not offer air conditioning was surprising. We know Europe is mixed on air conditioning but this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, with modern amenities. With a heat wave during our stay this was uncomfortable.
