"Our A/C unit was very rattley and noisey, but cooled good. Just kind of annoying. Our bedroom had no baseboard so it just looked bad. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was dissappointing at best. We got down to breakfast about 25 minutes before it ended, and the only thing out was some scrambled egg patties, and bread for toast, and cold cereal. We asked the lady working the dining area about some meat so she promptly warmed up some sausage patties, but no oatmeal or anything else hot, but it filled the spot I guess. She was very nice about it. Front desk check in guy did his job, but was not overly friendly at all. Went to the hot tub about 10 am and the area was dirty and no clean towels. Had to go to the laundry area to get clean pool towels before we could get in. I probably would not stay here again. There were so many other hotels in the area that I will try one of them next time we are in Omaha."

"Our experience on April 13th was very disappointing. After a long trip, we arrived expecting a comfortable and ready room, but unfortunately, that was not the case. When we first entered our room, we found the bathroom floor flooded due to a leak under the sink. We returned to the front desk, and the staff member kindly assisted us by assigning a second room. However, that room did not have a refrigerator, even though our booking clearly indicated that one was included. We had perishable food with us, so this was a significant inconvenience. We went back again and were given a third room. Upon entering, we were met with a strong, unpleasant odor—similar to dampness or pets—which made the room unsuitable to stay in. At this point, the front desk staff member was visibly embarrassed and apologetic. She assured us that we would receive a discount for the inconvenience and provided us with a fourth room. Thankfully, the fourth room was acceptable and we were finally able to rest. While we appreciate the friendliness and effort of the front desk staff, the overall experience was frustrating and far below expectations. Having to move through three unsatisfactory rooms after a long journey was exhausting. To make matters worse, despite being promised a discount, we were later charged the full amount with no adjustment. This experience does not reflect the standard we expected. We would appreciate this issue being looked into, particularly regarding the promised discount and the cond"

"We did not eat the breakfast as we were just there so we could get in a very early flight. Parking was good. We were able to keep our car there while we were out of the country for $5 a day. Our car was safe and we had no issues. Staff was all very nice and our rooms were clean and comfortable!"
