"This is a great self catering apartment. Its 5 minutes walk from the main street in Franschhoek, set in a quiet residential area. Our host, Brian, had taken the trouble to recommend a local restaurant and even booked us a table where we could enjoy the magnificent sunset overlooking the valley. He has also done some enviable research into the local vineyards, restaurants, etc, and left his personal guide in our apartment for us to look through. "The advert for this property is misleading. Wifi is only free for the first few emails. We received a letter stating that our stay was in breach of the terms of the estate and therefore could not use the public facilities (pool, tennis court etc). \ In addition there are numerous signs in the property, on walls, cupboards, on tables saying "do not touch", "stay out, private, property of owner" etc. This is in addition to a deposit required for the stay (which does not get repaid for 3 weeks)...
