"Très bel hôtel, plaisir assuré ! Nous avions la formule tout inclus et nous avons très bien mangé en tout temps! Beaucoup de choix et choix variés d’un jour à l’autre! Les gens à l’accueil sont très gentils et accueillants! L’hôtel, les chambres et les piscines sont propres et bien entretenus. Le billard est malheureusement payant, même en tout inclus, mais heureusement pas très cher! Nous recommandons assurément!!!"

"The hotel is bang in the middle of the town However once you enter it is very tranquil cool and modern Rooms are not massive but adequate wardrobe space again fine for a few days I personally would struggle for 8 to 10 days We requested a room over pool and was great very quite Breakfast was of exceptional quality and beautiful The pools on the roof were so nice with the lovely dipping pools loads of sun beds and shade It gave you a lovely feeling and it was nice seeing all the mountains and greenery We were so surprised on the location yes if you turn left it’s full of nightlife but turn right out of the hotel and you are blessed with a lovely prom with lovely restaurants lots of lovely side streets with little eating places we had a super time honestly give it a go The hotel and staff are fab"

"Great for families, we had an 8yr old and 12 Yr old, pools brillant, pool games and activities all day. Staff all excellent from reception who sorted our patio door sticking straight away, bar staff friendly, Pedro and jumo. Cleaning ladies, left fresh towels etc daily and kept apartment spotless. Grounds are cleaned and inspected every day. We were half board, breakfast was brilliant, dinner bit repetitive but could always find something we like. Stayed in one bed apartment no55 ground floor pool view and very near to everything. Don't hesitate if you are thinking of booking!"

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"

"Room as expected clean but basic. Perhaps could have been better. Shower over bath no plug if you wanted a bath. Instructions for air conditioning would’ve have been helpful as we couldn’t figure how to turn off the first night. We were not alone. Restaurant good but lacked vegetarian options but staff were helpful only eat there two nights. Breakfast was good. Staff on reception were very helpful to find our way round taxis or buses to get to where we wanted. Spa was excellent and a must visit if staying here."

"Nice location near to the beach and friendly staff. I'm not sure about the 4 star rating though as the rooms are a bit simple and our bed/pillows were uncomfortable, but the amenities are great. Breakfast was ok. "
