L’ensemble du personnel est top, merci à eux, du service en salle de petit déjeuner au manager, Sammy. La navette gratuite aeroport aller et retour est un plus. La salle de fitness est bien équipée. La localisation de l’hôte est ideale pour la restauration, les supermarchés et pour visiter.

Flott, rent og pent 😊👍

Ett flott hotell som jeg stadig vender tilbake til. Hyggelig personale både i resepsjonen, restauranten og generelt på hotellet. Rommene er store og det er rent og pent generelt på hele hotellet. Hyggelig uteområde med basseng hvor det er hyggelig å slappe av eventuelt ta imot egne gjester for en drink eller spise. Frokosten er veldig bra, variert med varm og kald mat. Restauranten byr også på alt fra pizza til deilige Kongolesiske retter. Hotellet ligger sentralt til i byen noe som gjør det greit å bevege seg rundt på beina. Det er også gratis parkering rett på utsiden av hotellet. Virkelig et hotell jeg anbefaler.

Un sejour parfait grace à un super personnel. Nous sommes venu avec un bébé de 15 mois... pas des plus calme et chacun a réussi à nous faire passer un super sejour. La piscine a été un atout non négligeable.

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel! Après de longues journées de travail, cet hôtel est vraiment le lieu où on se sent bien, où o peut décompresser en terrasse! Bien placé, propre et surtout le service! Tout le personnel a été très à l'écoute! Mention spéciale à Celeste, Blanche et Innis. C'est sûr que je reviendrai dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir wurden in ein besseres Zimmer upgegraded. Es war sehr gross und tip top sauber. Frühstücksbuffet ist gross und hat für jeden etwas leckeres. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben einen toll Aufenthalt gehabt

Brazzaville 2022

Er fornøyd og kommer til å bo der igjen. Har bodd der 3 ganger. Hotellet ligger sentralt til og det er enkelt å bruke beina når du vil se byen. Litt uheldig med servicen i restauranten i starten men de hentet seg bra inn. Alle ansatte var hjelpsomme og i resepsjonen var det veldig god service. Vaske personalet (særlig ei jente) var særdeles hyggelig og passet på at jeg hadde det jeg trengte på rommet. Hotellet har fint ute område med basseng og servering så det var enkelt å ta i mot besøk. Jeg liker en enkel frokost men det serveres kald og varm mat til frokost. Ikke noe å utsette på det.

4 star price for 1 star hotel !

This hotel somehow has a 4 star rating and thus the price tag to match, I would say that it would be lucky to obtain a 1 star on a good day; staff have no concept of service, you need to ask for the simplest of things and the facilities are extremely poorly maintained. I would have rather stayed at the airport on a bench had I known and paid $200+ for the night !
