Great place to visit and stay

Nice historic building, but modern inside. Room was big. Breakfast was good. Steakhouse is on site and short walking distance to old city.

Günstiges Hotel zentr

Das Hotel ist zentral am Rand der Innenstadt gelegen. Da die Rezeption nicht durchgehend geöffnet war, hat man einen Zugangscode zugemailt bekommen, womit man die Türen öffnen konnte - hat alles super geklappt. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Beim auschecken,war das Personal sehr freundlich.

Übernachtung mit Verzögerungen

Leider war die Anreise ein Desater, da wir später ankamen als geplant, war die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt und ein Schlüssel konnte nicht trotz Vorkasse deponiert werden (Schlüssekasten oder ähnlich). Daher mussten wir zusätzlich für die erste nacht ein anderes Hotel mit 24h Rezeption buchen, die Stornierungsanfrage für die erste Nacht wurde bis heute rund 14 Tage später nicht bearbeitet. Die Zimmer sind absolut zu empfehlen. Das Restaurant im Haus ist super und darf sich wirklich Steackhaus nennen.

Sehr zentrale Lage, an einer stark befahrenen mehrspurigen Straße (somit hoher Lärmpegel durch Verkehr trotz Doppelfenster). Parken 15 Euro/ Tag im Parkhaus gegenüber. Die Frühstückszeiten sind eher was für den "frühen Vogel" = bis 9 Uhr, man gibt am Vorabend per Checkliste an, was genau man frühstücken möchte (kein Buffet). Wir hatten leider keinen Schrank im Zimmer für Kleidung, nur eine Mini- Stange mit Bügeln, das kennen wir aus anderen Hotels besser. ;-) Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich!

Von außen ein wunderschönes Haus mit gewöhnungsbedürftiger Zimmergestaltung. Ebenfalls gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, dass man im Detail das Frühstück vorbestellen muss, detailliert mit Anzahl der Wurst- und Käsescheiben. Leider gibt es auch keine Parkmöglichkeiten im der Nähe des Hotels.

Zimmer gut, sehr laute Straße, Fenster offen zu laut, geschlossen stickig im Sehr niedrigen Raum. Kein wirklicher Hotelservice, Frühstück auch am Wochenende nur bis 9 Uhr, Auswahl der Speisen muss am Abend vorher angekreuzt werden, Frühstücksangebot sehr begrenzt. Bar um 22:00 geschlossen, kein Aufenthaltsbereich im Sinne einer Lobby, nur Restaurant. In dem Sinne kein wirkliches Hotel. Keine Parkplätze.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider lag das Zimmer auf der Straßenseite einer vielbefahrenen Straße und entsprechend sehr laut nachts. Ein Ersatzzimmer wurde uns angeboten, Aber leider auch straßenseitig. Es ist ein altes historisches Gebäude mit viel Flair!
