"I was there for a conference and then stayed on a few more days - it's a beautiful hotel with so much personality! The staff is great! The few frustrations I had were because it went from being a conference center to a much quieter hotel, so some things were no longer available and that hadn't been explained to me. Also, I had booked a massage in the

, but they ended up cancelling through no fault of their own. They were gracious about it. Great pool and sauna experiences!"

"This hotel is 2.5 star at best in North American standards. No Air Conditioning, no bug screens on the windows, spiders and bugs in the rooms all the time, the bathrooms are very small, the rooms are so hot at night you can’t sleep, the hotel is in need of some updating. It’s like it’s stuck in the 80’s. The wifi, like all over Germany, is terrible most of the time you have to disable it and switch to LTE to download anything.
