My only complaint is that my first shower was only Luke-warm and my second shower in the morning did not Happen as there was no hot water available. "The staff are great and very helpful, breakfast are good as well considering the amount paid for the hotel accomodation. My son loves the heated pool and location are great. The only thing I wish they changed would be the shampoo and conditioner they provide are still the little one time use. I have longer hair which isnt enough for us to even share but overall its a great hotel."
