Absolute Perfection
Absolute perfection! Perfect location if you want to shop and a very short walk to the Old town. Staff were really friendly, I was upgraded to the deluxe room which was very appreciated. Overall very pleasant stay.

Guests must pay to use the pool
Brilliant service and comfortable stay. However, I chose this hotel because it had a pool, thinking we could use this in the evenings. On check in we were told we had to pay 15 euros per person to use it. Had I known, I would've stayed elsewhere as was weighing up a few options. I did feel mislead on this as had not factored 30 euros extra per day into the price.

Deceiving 5* with many extra cost
Location was next to a shopping center. Great if you like to shop. However, the pool access was 15 euros extra per person. Breakfast 26 euros per person. Spa access also extra charge. A bit of a walk to get to the main area. Wall paper in the room was falling apart and the view was of a wall. I recommend for this cost going more into the city center.

Very comfortable. Location accessible by bus into historical center & to train station. Most personnel were WONDERFUL. Great breakfast, except coffee was lukewarm. And one morning there was no hot water. When I was checking out, I mentioned it and was told there had been some problem for the whole hotel.

Great stay
Very nice hotel. Feels like a proper 5 star. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are great. There is a swimming pool and a sauna which all guests can use as well. Great hotel in a lovely quiet city.

Horrible experience
I had prepaid the hotel room for me and my colleague however they asked him for a deposit of €250 for incidentals which was not returned to him at checkout. They pretended that he had only left €50! That’s dishonest and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

All the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. Beautiful room with a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower and desk to work. Heated indoor pool is not that big, but I was able to swim just fine alongside 2 other people swimming. Gym is decent with running machines and a selection of free weights, which is all I really cared about. The breakfast buffet is decent.

Hotel is amazing, Front Desk could do with a bit more training. Had to speak to a manager who sorted everything out. The property is in excellent location with at least 15 restaurants within walking distance.
