Beautiful, Contemporary and Money Worth

Was well received by the receptionist when I arrived. She is very friendly and welcome me with a smile. The check in process is smooth and quick The hotel is very contemporary, modern and well furnished with art paintings and decors The room is well equipped with mini fridge, safe deposit box, coffee making facility, ironing board and tele. The breakfast lounge is so beautiful, a wide range of food to cater to the guests, I have nothing to criticize about. The workers in the breakfast lounge are very helpful and friendly. On the day of departure, receptionist made a taxi call for me to the train station and really appreciate her help. Not to forget, there is a Carrefour Supermarket nearby and it is so convenient. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay and will definitely come back to this hotel again if I ever come back to Brasov.

Lovely building, fantastic views. 5 minutes walk to Old Town. 2 minutes walk to Tâmpa National Park. Friendly, helpful staff (especially at breakfast). Loved it. Would recommend to anyone visiting Brasov.

Find something better. Ok for one night

Tried multiple tines and 2 days in a row to contact the hotel. Response was only received 3 hours after check out. The hotel is very, very basic, no frills at all. Breakfast is nothing to write home about. Customer service is ok

Good place but not completely accessible Too bad

The place is decorated in a very pleasant and calm manner, the breakfast was good, the room was clean and tidy and there was nothing missing There is a very big minus that is not answered on the spot, unfortunately, and it is the fact that from the parking lot it is not possible to enter the hotel directly, but you have to go down about 30 steps (with no place accessible to the disabled) or you have to go down to a road that is very narrow and dangerous anyway (and without an available sidewalk) and this is despite the fact that there are Beyond the hotel employees with 5 steps directly from the parking lot to the lobby. (very outrageous and dangerous) Even after going through this problematic route, it is necessary to climb another 15 steps from the entrance to the lobby to the elevator (when we asked for help with the heavy luggage, we were told that there was no one who could help) As far as I'm concerned, it's a very big lack of empathy to turn the guests into luggage sufferers (without reference to their age or the weight of the luggage) It is important to note that we arrived in the middle of the day and not in the middle of the night And for dessert - the dining room also does not have an elevator since it is located on the 6th floor and the elevator reaches up to the 5th floor.
