"I booked a "Deluxe Suite" at this hotel. They put me in a substantially lower quality room (without mentioning the difference). When I went back to raise the issue with them, they said that due to a mistake, they had given my room to someone else. I told them that wasn't acceptable and booked another hotel through Orbitz. They then refused to refund my reservation, and Orbitz likewise refused to refund my reservation. So everyone should know that if the hotel doesn't deliver what it promised,...

"Location wise? Excellent. Very quiet and safe area and closely situated to local tourism highlights of Peles, Bran and Libearty Bear Sanctuary. Very English-Speaking friendly area. The initial presentation of the apartment is quite lovely, but th only drawbacks proving to be that the bathroom was quite dirty and spear bedding appears quite old and stained. The check in process however was quite streamlined, and I’d suggest this place is ideal for a short stay."
