Arcondicionado sujo, muito pó, me deixou com alergia. Banheiro sujo com parecer encardidas. O cheiro do banheiro também foi terrivel. Quarto com chão limpo, mas com teias de aranha no teto. Lençois velhos. cama colada na porta do banheiro, dificultando o acesso. Água do choveiro molha todo o chão do banheiro. não gostei .

Todos os funcionários do hotel são maravilhosos, super educados e prestativos. Quarto limpo e organizado, tem algumas lâmpadas queimada mas nada q atrapalhasse, o clima tava ok então não testei o ar condicionado. TV funciona normal. Tem lençol mas não oferecem cobertor então se for se hospedar em época fria, tem de levar seu cobertor.

O cafe da manha pedimos no quarto gostamos porem o quarto 716 so temos a reclamar piso destruído cheiro ruim roupas de cama rasgadas toalhas horríveis banheiro ufa iluminacao terrivel barulho ar condicionado enfim nao voltaria acho legal o proprietário administrar mais dou uma sugestão que o hotel fiscalize pois coloca o nome do mercure no lixo.

Procurei um quarto com estrutura de flat, como na estadia anterior e não encontrei. Era um quarto comum de hotel sem a mínima estrutura. Não tinha nem prato e nem copo. Ainda bem que não fez frio pois tinha informação que não forneciam cobertor. Imagina viajar carregando cobertor!!! A pia do banheiro estava entupida, a válvula do chuveiro com defeito e o piso com rachadura. Foi uma grande decepção.

O hotel é legal e tem boa estrutura. No entanto, o quarto é bem ruim, a limpeza banheiro sujo, o quarto estava com mau cheiro quando chegamos, paredes do banheiro sujas, luzes queimadas, cadeira quebrada, sem controle do ar condicionado. Quando se fala de FLAT esperasse uma copa simples ou algo do tipo e, na verdade, era um quarto comum de hotel. Minha experiência foi tolerável, mas longe de ser boa.

Cama e chuveiro ótimos. Ar condicionado muito barulhento e não gela: precisa de manutenção urgente. Piso quebrado na entrada do banheiro. Porta do banheiro corroída próximo ao chão. Mofo no teto do banheiro. Uma lâmpada queimada sobre a pia. É um flat particular. Na véspera da estadia recebi um e-mail avisando que não forneciam cobertores: inacreditável! Acho que é pq o ar condicionado não funciona, só pode. O flat precisa de manutenção, eu desaconselho. Aprendi: flat particular nunca mais!
