The flat was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view as I was on the 11th floor. My only complaint is that despite there being a kitchen, it was of little use as it had no equipment. No cooking facilities, no dishes or cutlery, not even the basics to make a cup of coffee in the morning.

O hotel tem boas comodidades, com piscina e academia. Mas a limpeza no "flat"precisa ser melhorada, sobretudo no box do banheiro. As toalhas de banho e as roupas de cama merecem mais atenção, no que diz respeito a higienização e odor. E o colchão da cama precisa ser trocado, para proporcionar mais conforto aos hóspedes. Afunda completamente, com pouco peso. Basta sentar na cama.

Todo o andar que fiquei hospedado estava em "reforma" sujeira e cheiro de tinta muito pesado. Horrível a experiencia, não recomendo.Pior de tudo é a negligencia da recepção que por se um apto de "terceiro" de ausenta de qualquer responsabilidade.

- barulho de agua corrente a noite toda - descarga vazando - sanitário estava sujo quando cheguei - roupas de cama com cheiro estranho - não tinha microondas conforme fotos, não consegui esquentar minas quentinhas e tive que comer em restaurante. - capa do colchao era barulhenta - dava pra ouvir a descarga do apartamento de cima em bom som. - não respondem mensagens. - impossivel regular corretamente o chuveiro, ou fica muito quente ou fria.

A equipe do hotel é localização são ótimo, porém este quarto é independente do hotel. Eles não se responsabilizam por nada. Precisamos de coberta pois estava frio e foi necessário entrar em contato com o responsável pelo quarto que falou que não tinha coberta e nem respondeu mais. Isso não é avisado em anúncio e a reserva é sem reembolso! O colchão é pessimo e a roupa de cama é manchada com aspecto de suja. Horrível!! Não recomendo

O hotel é muito bem localizado, porém o flat estava com uma manutenção a desejar. Várias lâmpadas não funcionavam e pedi a troca, o que fui totalmente ignorada. Mas o que me chamou mais a atenção foi que pedi um cobertor e queriam me cobrar R$ 75,00 pela locação. Achei um absurdo, afinal para um serviço de hospedagem, deveriam fornecer o enxoval de cama e banho completos. E nem precisava ser um cobertor propriamente dito, mas um edredom com uma capa que facilita a lavagem.
