Decepção Total!!!!

Decepcionante, Nunca mais voltarei!!! Espaço do apartamento excelente 54m2, porém não existe manutenção, carpete sujo e velho. Sofá pedindo para ser jogado fora. Portas descascadas. Faltando o trinco na principal. Frigobar com a porta empenada, o pior foi o banheiro, o box tdo entupido, vc toma banho e a água não desce, horrrrríiiiivel. Café da manhã fraco, sem opção, tinha 01 tipo de pão (frances), duro e seco. Enfim, não perca seu tempo e dinheiro. Não recomendo.

Logo apos o checkin, fomos para o quarto. Para nossa surpresa, o quarto indicado nao havia sido arrumado e higienizado. Voltamos para a portaria e fomos alocado em outro quarto. Mesmo estando em outro quarto, ficamos pensativos e preocupados, pois ao q parece, houve uma movimentacao no quarto anterior e sabe-se la qual era a condicao do ambiente e do ar quanto a presenca do virus. Afinal, haviam muitas garrafas e copos usados. Enfim... fomos bem atendidos , mas nao gostamos dessa parte.

Encontrei barata no achocolatado. Café da manhã horrível, sem variedade, só tinha pão de queijo, pão e um bolo duro. A área de lazer não é condizente com as fotos, além de parecer abandonada e muito suja. A sala de jogos de bilhar foi a única parte boa, muito top. Os quartos são bons, cama confortável e limpeza dos quartos tb é boa. Mas não voltaria, péssimo custo-benefício.

Incrível , o melhor custo benefício ! São quarto e sala separados como um apartamento qualquer , 60 metros quadrados , colchões excelentes que não dá nem vontade de levantar mais , servem café no quarto , tamanho do banheiro excelente !! 100% !

Nice stay during our four-night visit to DF

Had an enjoyable 4 night stay here while touring Brasilia. Paulo at the front desk is an asset to the hotel-competent and helpful. He was able to call a few places and answer questions we had about visiting the monuments. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice bed and linens. Very quiet! Carpet and sitting area furniture could be cleaned or replaced, but otherwise it was a nice stay. Pool area was undergoing some repairs so the pool was closed when we were there. Convenient location near shopping malls. Brasilia isn’t made for pedestrians, Uber is affordable and dependable. Breakfast was good with nice selection of Brazilian foods, fresh fruits and pastries.

Bem razoável - não vale o valor da diária.

Internet não funcionou (e precisava dela para trabalhar). A porta estava com problema e o cartão não a abria. Resultado, toda vez que ia para o quarto, alguém da recepção tinha que ir junto para abrir minha porta com a chave mestra.O restaurante/serviço de quarto tem pouquíssimas opções e o café da manhã é muito fraco.
