"Really exceptional hotel. The pool area overlooking the lake gives the city a much more open and relaxing feel. The rooms are spacious, the balconies are large, and everything feels bright and airy. Very clean as well. One thing I would have liked to see improved was the food selection at the breakfast and lunch buffets. "We stayed at this hotel for the final night of our honeymoon and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating! I mentioned that it was our honeymoon during our travel confirmation and they surprised us with a really thoughtful gift and card that we will forever cherish. We were pretty tired from the long travel so we ordered room service and it was exquisite! The rooms were spacious, clean and the hotel is in a great area! I highly recommend Melia Brasil 21!"
