"Great stay! Perfect location, clean room, comfortable beds, more than enough room supplies (towels, soap, etc) for our family of 4. Kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast was excellent, staff was wonderful! Check-in/out with Amanda was quick and informative - she was great with our special needs kiddo! An all-around fantastic experience! Thank you!"

"OMG!!! This is not a friendly hotel. Theyre foreigners who own it. They treated us as "weeklies" and we were there for 10 days. They never serviced the room. They never asked if we needed anything. There breakfast is only on weekends. Otherwise its all sugar. So theres no breakfast. They are in the middle of a so called renovation but theyre not. They renovated some room s on bottom floor. We were in room 332. Third floor and no elevators. The parking lot is level. There is no one at front desk. They lock door to office. You have to call to get someone to the front desk. The water is cloudy and works sometimes. We had no water the 1st couple of days. No pressure. The furniture is outdated in that room. I would not recommend staying there at all"
