We stayed in Room 301 for 4 nights. Floor needed swept & mopped - it was VERY dirty, no alarm clock, not enough outlets, having no carpet w/a rolling chair is a hazard, headboard fell off wall, showerhead barely had water coming out, toilet very slow flushing, door to room was crooked & hard to lock the swing lock & only 1 bath towel(there were 2 people)
OUR FIRST night, My husband made a complaint of everything listed above. I went to front desk to ask for 3 towels, When asked what could be done for a better stay, he said if the showerhead and headboard could be fixed by next day then we would stay, other wise we would go somewhere else.
SECOND DAY we were gone all day, came back to find the showerhead & headboard had been fixed. No room service done.
THIRD DAY on our way out we asked if there was room service. She told us her room service person had done that yesterday - we never received room service yesterday. She said she'd get it taken care of. We came back later that day, she told us she had done the room service in our room. The sheets were changed, bed was made, trash emptied, furniture, sink & bathroom areas wiped down, shower was not clean because the no slip "strips" were dirty & the floors were not swept & mopped.
FOURTH DAY(check out day) I ask for toilet paper. Vacuuming of hall & stairs only done this day, she said owner was coming.
We will not be staying at any Red Roof Inn after this experience -- the worst ever of any motel we had stayed before.
