Hi Donna - Unfortunately we were not aware that the guest prior to you checking in had taken the pool key, and that's why you didn't find one in your condo. According to our records, the first time you contacted us regarding the pool key was at 5:35 PM and we did have a key delivered within one hour. As far as the unit being outdated; perhaps it isn't your taste, but it does have stainless steel appliances, granite countertops as well as nice looking furniture. As far as the bedding is concerned, that is subjective but we appreciate your feedback.

As a property management company we simply manage privately owned condos, which are decorated according to their owners’ tastes. While we have no control over the taste of the furniture, we do require that it is sufficient to provide our guests with an adequate level of comfort. We provide all our guests with single use toiletries, such as shampoo and soap.
