Worth it
Condo was beautiful if a bit hard to find at first. Would have been better if the pool located near us had been filled or been notified it would not be. Overall though a quiet beautiful and clean condo.

The condo is very nice, well stocked, secure gated resort. we had no customer service or maintenance or house keepin which is normal for condos usually..these are privately owned so i cant judge the beds or decor as it will vary per unit I guess. theres a washer/dryer so you do your towels if you use more than the 4 or so in each BR. I had two Bedrooms and two full baths. One was a jaccuzi tub.

It was raining, indoor pool was closed , bar and grill closed @5:30pm. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

It is unfortunate that you gave our condos this score, seeing we cannot control the rain and if the pool has any unforeseen maintenance issues. As for the restaurant, it states on its front door that it only serves breakfast and lunch.

Great Location, quiet and peaceful.
The condo sits on a beautiful golf course. They have indoor and outdoor pool, the outdoor pool was closed during our stay. The condo was a little outdated with its decor. The only complaint I have is the condo needed to be cleaned a bit better. The balcony needed a good sweep and we had six light bulbs throughout the house that were out.

Spend extra money and stay somewhere else!!
Condo had a horrible smell to it, no blinds in windows, only one person could take a shower before hot water tank ran out, all towels/washcloths were new however had not been washed, plumbing issues, kitchen sink had old food in disposal that produced a foul smell and when turned on shot out the other side of the sink, table and other surfaces had a layer of dust! Not enough shampoo/conditioner or soap for 4 people, advertised washer and dryer but no laundry soap, old appliances! Stay somewhere else or use a lot of Lysol!

Branson get away
Pointe Royale is a very nice community. We’ve stayed in the community a couple of other times and liked it. On our last trip, my wife and I had a quick get away to Branson. It was a relaxing trip.

Great place outside of Branson
We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the condo was. It was great having the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms for our family to use, plus the kitchen and living room. The place was in very good condition, though the decor was a bit dated. We had an issue getting in the 1st night, but a call to the condo’s manager quickly resolved the issue. It was a great location outside the hubbub of Branson during spring break. We were able to relatively quickly get to wherever we wanted to go.

I got two different condos. I didn’t lime that when i reserved them the pictures are not showing exactly the condos we were getting. So one was in better condition than the other. The one we were not happy with was outdated. Needs some upkeeping. The back doors wich lead to the outside did not lock. The bedding was not as nice/comfortable. If inwould have known with time i could have packed my own blankets/pillows and amenities.

One of the pull out sofas was not in working order (there was a piece of duck tape under the couch cushion that said "does not work". While the condo was clean to the naked eye, we found socks from a previous guest under one of the beds, a bottle of lavender oil elsewhere on the floor, the bathroom floor had urine buildup around the bottom of the over-the-toilet shelf, and some of the dishes were a little dirty.

Overall, great stay.
The condo we stayed in was build around '96. Overall, great stay. Clean, convenient and within a mile of the strip. Mattress was the worst. We also had a problem with the sleeper sofa and it was unusable. Called maintenance and they brought an air mattress right to us for the kids.

Best place ever!
Our condo was perfect. Great view, very clean, and had everything we needed. The pools and putting greens were awesome! We didn’t want to leave! We would go here again in a heartbeat!

This was a nice enough place, but outdated. The pool key was not in the room and although they got it to us within about an hour and half of reporting it, unfortunately it was 6:30 pm when we got it and were able to take the kids to the pool. The beds were not comfortable at all and the sheets were a bit scratchy.

Hi Donna - Unfortunately we were not aware that the guest prior to you checking in had taken the pool key, and that's why you didn't find one in your condo. According to our records, the first time you contacted us regarding the pool key was at 5:35 PM and we did have a key delivered within one hour. As far as the unit being outdated; perhaps it isn't your taste, but it does have stainless steel appliances, granite countertops as well as nice looking furniture. As far as the bedding is concerned, that is subjective but we appreciate your feedback.

Spring Break
Condo was perfect size for family of 6. Perfect area in Branson made of easy to get to activities. Indoor pool was very cloudy and strong chlorine which dried our skin out.

Nice condo, well equipped. Kitchen very very dated
Was great with comfy beds and wooded view of river. Great neighborhood. Kitchen dated and dished old. We didnt do any cooking so it wasnt a problem for us. The rest of the condo had been updated recently. Wood burning fireplace.

Trip itself was great. I really enjoyed Branson and the hotel was conveniently located. When you walked in, it smelled bad and the bed and hide a bed was so uncomfortable.

We rented two condos first of all. First and foremost our friends place had bed bugs! Bites all over there bodies! I called and spoke with pointe royal and said please give attention to that condo because we didnt want anyone else to be bitten! As far as for my husband and myself our bed was caved in the middle! All appliances and furniture was all really dated! Chair wouldnt even hardly recline! The pullout was so awful wth the springs poking through my kids put it on the floor! Awful just awful!

Our place was like a home. 2 baths,2 bedrooms and kitchen stocked with dishes and even a coffee pot, and it also had a big living room. No maid service but it had a washer and dryer. Would have liked a few more towels we had 3 girls with us. Nice to have our own spaces.

Do not book via Hotels.com
This was the worst experience we had with HOTELS.COM. We reached the hotel @5PM and were made to stay in the CAR until 8PM for check in. Point Royal staff was really good, but, they didn't have any confirmation about our reservation. We had parents from india (80+ year old), they had to sit in the car after a 6 hour car drive. Be Careful booking on Hotels.com... I've been a customer for more than a decade and this was not good.

Terrible disappointment!
We were not aware that this particular room was under different management than the ones we usually book through at Pointe Royale. The accomodations were nothing near what we had experienced previously. The rooms were not updated from what appeared the 1970s. Towels were thin; furniture was stuck in corners with no layout for comfort. The master bedroom was not close to being pleasant. Stained vinyl flooring in the shower area; only 2 hand towels for two baths; a stained upholstered chair for a night stand in one bedroom. Worst of all were the almost empty bottle of shampoo and other opened economy-sized toiletries! What a sham!

While we have no control over the taste of the furniture, we do require that it is sufficient to provide our guests with an adequate level of comfort. Resort price for projects living
This is a property to which we will not be returning. Since you are renting a sublet at this resort, you can count on pretty much being on your own, which can be good or bad. We needed assistance during our stay, but there was no one to help us. The on-site staff would not help and no one answered the number provided. We arrived late, and had a hard time finding the room as the property is not lit at night time, but the security guard was helpful in assisting us in finding the room using his flashlight. The room is large and nice, but not very clean. We had to wash the towels and blankets, some of which had toothpaste and other in identified substances on them. The shower in one of the bathrooms leaked, so we had to use towels to clean up the mess after every shower, which meant washing the towels after every use, which meant we had to buy detergent. We were unable to use the small pool since the one time we were in the room while the pool was open it was being occupied by a large family that lived there, and the adult male was lounging in his very tight underwear that had one entire butt cheek torn loose, so I didn't feel comfortable having my daughters down there. The room is so far away from the clubhouse, the other facilities are not very useful. So the mandatory resort fees are a complete waste of money.

The Condo was great but the dishes provided were not great and one pan even had a whole in it. As a large family we count on cooking in our room to save money and due to the quality of the pans that was hard.

Great stay because of trip but the room was a huge let down. Needs MAJOR updating and the floor was filthy.

We wish you had let us know about the dirty floor immediately rather than upon check-out since we have maintenance staff available to our guests 24/7 by a simple text or call. We could have made your stay much more pleasant. As for interior decor, this is a privately owned unit, so it is decorated according to the owner's taste which might be different than yours. We hope you will give us a second chance to prove to you that we can provide you with a great stay at any other units we have available. Kayla

Unexpected
The room was clean no issues there. The condo looked a little but it felt like we were staying in basement. I can't say anything about the staff because there were none. What got me the most was the people upstairs did their laundry till 1:30 I the morning and it was so loud we had problems watching TV or even sleeping. The facility was great but if I had to stay in that condo and if their all like that I would not go back.

Pointe Royale Condos
Condo was old and needed updating, air being off resulted in a slight smell. The grounds were nice. Nice pool, tennis courts, and golf course. Off the beaten path of Branson, but not too far of a drive.
