Nightmare of a stay.
We check in Wednesday thur Sunday.There was ni maid service the whole time we was there.We had no clean towels.On thursday we called to get towels the man in the office was very rude.He said he was there aline and would try to get them for us.He then called back later and said he had several complaints about no towels or no maid service.We went and bought our own towels and washrags.Then on Saturday we could not get into our room.They had to come let us in due to the battery in the door. being dead.That never got fixed so we had to go to office everytime we need into our room.We have always had good service there before.but it was not a good service at all.

When I checked on the clerk told me that there was no breakfast as promised. He said that Expedia was putting out the wrong information about the free breakfast…The first room we were put in was dirty and run down. The plug-in outlet and lamp didn’t work…we were moved into another room which we thought was better, it wasn’t. We had no towels and we discovered that there was a leak above the toilet. You know what’s above our toilet was another toilet leaking. That means someone’s pee or poo was leaking on top of our toilet. We decided we were not going to stay another night. It looks as though the man working in the lobby had no help at all. While I was in the lobby to complain about my room I had to wait until someone Was finished complaining about theirs. Don’t stay there…spend a little more money for a better stay..

When they say continental breakfast, you don’t get it. They didn’t have anything. They refused to give wash cloths and said “should’ve bright some from home”

Horrible! Do not stay here
This place is terrible! I would never stay here again, room was bad! Needs updating in the worst possible way, you name it, it was not good.
Thankfully through Hotels.com they refunded us one night stay
Hair on bathroom floor, sheet did not fit, could see light under door and between heater/ac and wall, curtain wouldn’t close all the way, floor not vacuumed, no hot water, and on and on

Horrible the staff was rude and I booked a jacuzzi room that had no hot water and the heat wasn’t working so I froze all night and when I ask for my money back the clerk said that’s just how it it you booked an old hotel.

The man at the check in counter was very pleasant. But when he gave me a key to a room that had someone in it. I opened the door and there were some men in there. One of them was barely dressed.
I went back to the office and the check in clerk appologized and gave me another room. The room was not very well kept. The door had a big crack between the door and wall. I am glad the wind was not blowing or it would have been very cold in the room. The vent in the bathroom was very noisy. We had NO HOT WATER. The tv wouldn't come on but the desk person walked me through getting it to work. The wall light by the beds would not come on. It flickered once but I could not get it to come on.

The rooms were filthy and the bedsheets were not clean and had stains and crumbs it something all over them, the towels were used and put back. The desk clerk was nice but openly admitted that the maids just remake the beds instead of putting new sheets on because they are short staffed and can't fire them. There were holes in the walls. One of the doors was missing between the rooms. The site said free breakfast but when we got there he said there was no breakfast and no coffee makers in the rooms (not that I would eat anything from that place anyway). I felt so dirty after we left that place I had to shower as soon as we got to the next hotel. Luckily the clerk have me a refund. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

NOTHING like the pictures very run down and gross. I took several [pictures to prove this. I will be calling and getting my money back. Small coffee pot no coffee no breakfast as advertised, no towels in the room , cigarette butts in the corner of the room, ceiling in bathroom falling in. People living there yelling and screaming all hours. This was a horrible stay and very gross hotel. Asked for towels and they brought one towel and told us that was all they had because they did not have anyone to do laundry.

Our room was filthy, the air conditioner didn't work, we called the front desk and he sent maintenance, the maintenance guy showed up with a lit cigarette and a guitar, unplugged the air and plugged it back in, and then asked if we wanted to change rooms or if we wanted him to bring us another air conditioner. We told him to bring us another one, but if not we would move because it was so hot in there, he left saying he was going to get another air conditioner and we never heard anything else from anyone. The room was so dirty that we found a stuffed animal under the bed that was a platform bed so shows there hadnt been cleaned under, was very dissatisfied with over all stay.
