"The hotel accomodations were good. My main issue was the lack of good internet connections. I have stayed in many, many hotels during my 40+years of business. This was the worst I have had since the 70s that had dial up. I was unable to connect. Load time was rediculas. I should not have had to pay for internet. That in my opinion was your responsibility."

"The Ozarker has made the most out of their property. Even with the smaller, motel-sized rooms and the temps too cold most days to take advantage of the pool, our family of five did great. The bunks-above-queen beds combo worked well with no creaking. The lobby/bar area is not sterile like most hotel lobbies - it has an amazing, welcoming vibe with plenty of family-friendly games and activities. Between that space and the beautiful creek area in the back, our family had no problem enjoying our downtime between outings. Breakfast was great - there was a warm option and overnight oats every day, alongside standard cold options. We’ll be staying here again next time we visit Branson!"

The restaurant was not open but we will just have to come back in the summer to enjoy that and the outdoor pools. "

"The staff was amazing, so kind and helpful. The property is older, but kind of nice that way. I understand that they are doing some updates so our room may not have been finished, but there were damages that needed repaired and worn out fixtures that needed replaced. For this reason, I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t meet my expectations of the 9.0 rating that it had. The place was busy with a lot of kids, yet everything remained clean. I even saw someone cleaning the pool area early in the morning which I’ve never seen at large chain hotels. The area didn’t seem walkable but I did go off season. I was able to find cheap, convenient parking downtown, though. "
