"We did not get our pool card with check in, there were multiple fights that broke out during our stay with police called, the fire alarm went off at 11:45pm, there was literal poop in the stairwell that was not cleaned up in a timely fashion, we could hear loud music above us at 11pm, we overheard staff giving a room number to a guest that was complaint about another guest involved in the fight which apparently hospitalized their family member (major security concern!!!!!)... Rooms were fairly...
