Breakfast was great. Staff was excellent, courteous and friendly. Room could of had a mini fridge and a bigger table. Bar was good. Easy access from airport to hotel. Had a great time visiting London and its surroundings. Love to stay at holiday inns. Thank you.

Staff were unhelpful at check in. The room was enough for the night before my flight. It had towels. Bathroom poor design as it got everything wet.

Plenty of room in carpark at back of property. Check in at hotel up the road easy. Bare minimum pans/plates etc. A good base for Bushy parkrun.
