The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, the bathroom floor was very dirty and had multiple hairs all over it. I showed photos to the front desk and was told that it would be addressed with housekeeping.

Room was fine. Keycard was constantly needing updated. No staff before 11am or after 7pm. Pipe burst in building and everyone was sent to the local SHELTER. Paid for a week but only received 2 days of our money back even though we paid for 7 and cancelled the reservation. GRIMEY
