Even if your problem was completely unrelated to the hotel, if they knew or heard about it, they would do their best to come up with a solution and often did. "This was an OKAY hotel stay. The property is definitely in disrepair though. A piece of furniture in our room was visibly broken and “repaired” with painters tape. It repeatedly fell off the piece of furniture revealing what appeared to be black mold underneath. Which was quite alarming once we realized. But it was our last night and late in the evening. "Let’s just say it was one of those places you enter the parking lot and start questioning the hotel you picked for your stay. The front desk smelled like air fresheners trying to cover up the smell of cigarettes. The pictures displayed looked like nothing in person.
