"TV was unplugged. Maintenance didn't turn up until we complained many hours later. Fridge stunk and was dirty, so did not use. Room needed updating and general maintenance. They messed up our dinner order and brought the starters with the mains. Breakfast was good. Great position in the city though. "

Only downside if I could call it that maybe get so.e secondary glazing on front bedroom windows, pub next door had live band until about 11.15. Wasnt a particular problem for us but could be for others. Staff very attentive fab stay."

"We had get lift then walk 2 fight stairs and I am disabled the room was ment be on the best I booked it lamps not working cant shower as roof to low sid bath rotten and it was like sleeping in box but was lovely breckfast.... no room service for food"
