"This is the second time we've stayed at this property. Both times we noticed that the place smells funky. It's built directly over a creek, so I'm guessing that there's a mold problem. We reserved a suite with a pull-out sofa bed, but there was no pull-out sofa bed. Our trip got worse when neither TV in our room worked. The hotel made it right by moving us to a different suite that was MUCH nicer. We didn't notice the funky smell on the second floor, so the smell seems to be a first floor problem. The 2nd floor suite I adjacent to a loft overlooking the lobby and they leave the lobby TV on all night long. For whatever acoustic reason, we could hear that TV louder in our room than we could in the lobby, but they did turn it down when we asked. The room was moderately clean, but looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. There were crumbs all over the floor and couch (which still wasn't a pull-out sofa bed, but was big enough to sleep on) It's close to the University. The breakfast is great and the staff are helpful."

"We have been here twice. This is by far one of the best places to stay! We enjoy the availability to stream and the video game consoles in every room. The rooms are always clean and have everything you may need. The staff are helpful and kind. They are always willing to help with whatever you may need. We will be coming back again soon!"

"The front desk and cleaning staff we spoke to were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We love that they have hot breakfasts again. The only suggestion would be to maybe change the breakfast every few days, or have an option of plain eggs or plain eggs with cheese. Only a minor suggestion."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Moscow, Idaho! The hotel is in a great location and was the perfect place to stay during our trip to explore the beautiful Palouse region. We stayed in a room with two queen beds, and the room was large, clean, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and we really enjoyed having a spacious bathroom and a big-screen TV. The complimentary full buffet breakfast was excellent and had a great variety of choices, including scrambled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, English muffins, cereal, bacon, hash brown bites, apples, and more. They also offer coffee, tea, and hot water. It was a delicious and convenient way to start each morning! The hotel also has a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and free parking, which made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. During this trip, we visited Steptoe Butte and Palouse Falls, and both places were absolutely beautiful and amazing. The Fairfield Inn & Suites was a great home base for our adventure and exploring the area. A special thank you to Allison Radel, Assistant General Manager, for being so welcoming and providing such wonderful hospitality. Her friendly service and warm welcome made us feel right at home. We truly loved staying here and will definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Moscow, Idaho, or exploring the beautiful Palouse region! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
