Great location
"Staff was kind, but check-in was frustrating as their systems were down and unable to get us in a room. After driving 4 hours we had children that were tired and wanted to lie down. Fortunately we were with other friends and they arrived before us and we were able to put our luggage in their room. Walkable location near Stockyards. Plenty to see and do as we came for the Stockyards. Expensive though. Drinks at the hotel bar were outrageous, don't recommend. Valet, Daniel, was amazing and friendly. Room was nice, clean, comfy. Had desk if you need that. Couch to relax if you have time for that. Elevators were quick and efficient. Only stayed one night so not sure of housekeeping."
