"It's a great property, not much else to say, but I will. The property and the grounds are quite nice and attractive. The rooms, and public spaces are very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And, the convenience that rooms with a kitchenette provides, makes long stays a lot more suitable."

"I wish we would have known it was being remodeled. It was messy on our floor, and it smelled of construction dust. The kids were anxious to swim but the patio and pool was under construction and wasn’t open. We could use the pool at the hotel next door, but with state track and all the track teams in town we thought it would be very crowded."

"We were visiting relatives so we didn't spend much time on the premises. Breakfast was good. The only apprehension was part of a document that I refused to sign stating the hotel held no liability if we were injured or items taken or damaged. Really? The staff said no one would be in our room. When I asked about housekeeping, staff said only if we wanted our room refreshed."

"The manger is completely unprofessional. We were accused of tampering with smoke detectors which we did not do. There was a fire pit outside that we used every night we were there for a night cap. So there this was clearly a made up story. The manger claimed the fire department came at 10am when we were still in the room during that time. There were also crumbs in the bed maybe indicating the room had not been properly cleaned. The beds were horrible as well as the worn out pillows. The front...

"Didnt have the room i paid for . When I finally got a room the refrigerator door was open and full of food from the previous guest."

"The room was clean. The hot breakfast buffet was just ok. The egg omelets offered the day we were there were overcooked, dark brown & rubbery..they should have been thrown out & made fresh ones. We ended up eating a hard boiled egg instead. The maple flavored kiabasa sausage was also overcooked & the skin was so tough from being overcooked that it was hard to cut it with the plastic knife!"

"They are remodeling so it will be even better in a few months. Pool nor outdoor seating was available right now. Lobby and one half of the rooms are done. Looks good and clean in the new part. Wouldn’t have put carpet in the breakfast eating area but they didn’t ask me. Rooms could use ceiling fans. We will be back next year. Lots of places to eat within walking distance"

"Loved that we had small kitchen. Just need to fix some leaky bathroom floor wall and shower head was spraying the top ceiling so had to cover it. Would have like towels for the pool area ."

"My favorite place to stay when visiting Wichita. Excellent location, beautiful, clean hotel with well laid out rooms and bathroom. I appreciate the parking garage too. The microwave and full-size refrigerator are a nice bonus."

"The air conditioning was not working- our room was at 75 degrees and would not cool down. Many people had also complained about this same issue. Luckily we brought a small fan, but I didn’t do much good."
