"Great hotel for business and leisure conveniently situated and quiet despite being on the major road in and out of town. Parking is plentiful, staff terrific and the bar is a hoot. Food is also very good for on the fly meals. "
"This was an amazing stay. Renee is a great host. She is clean, personable, and professional. The home is very cozy, and while still a work in progress, the outdoor area is beautiful and teeming with potential. This is not a hotel or a motel, understanding this, do not expect the starchy atmosphere of those places, but instead appreciate the friendly, homely vibe. If you’re looking for somewhere reasonably priced, clean, and cozy, this is a great spot."

"The location is amazing. You can walk to Yale University, restaurants, shopping, parks, entertainment, etc. The location could NOT be better. Parking is great. The staff were also incredible from front desk to Housekeeping. They were friendly and extremely responsive.
The only drawback that we experienced was the lack of daily room maintenance. We expected that our room would be made up when we were gone for the day, but that did not happen. Our beds were never made by staff. We had to call the front desk and request fresh towels. "
"Amazing stay, great view and comfortable accommodations. Only complaint is lower floors are subject to street noise which is out of the hotel’s control. Would 100% stay here again when returning to New Haven"
"Pros: The staff was quite friendly, bed was comfortable, A/C worked well, and bathroom was big. Everything was clean.
Cons: Walls are thin, can hear neighbors (my solution, keep bathroom and A/C fans running--white noise). I would suggest a different contractor to fix the floor transitions and sink plumbing into wall."
