"Thank You Yukon San. Jeff San. Ise Shama restaurant Japanese style was the best part of it. My son Sri enjoyed the beef intestine for the first time. Hot Sake was served well. Shaun, Arthur and shin San are a great team. Looking forward to visit Miyako hybrid hotel again another time. Love Kiran"

"Their “handicap accessible” room is barely that. Sure, it’s accessible but the tub can be dangerously slippery. I almost had an incident where I was changing positions while seated on the bench in the tub when my body slipped off the bench and I nearly fell into the tub. They need to provide some sort of anti slip protection for the tub and bathroom floor."

"I liked all of it, breakfast was best along with the staff. was the best stay at a motel that I ever had. stayed at others that were good with breakfast, but they don't compare with Best Western."

"Very friendly staff. We have stayed here a few times and the rooms were very clean. This time, our floor was missing tiles, hair and stains in the bathroom, and my daughter had a few bites on her. We checked the sheets but couldn't find any bed bugs."

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for a day trip festival, and we had a great experience! The hotel was affordable, clean, and very spacious. It’s located in a calm, quiet area, and there are plenty of great food spots nearby in Gardena, making everything very convenient. I also loved that check in started at 1:00 p.m. The parking was spacious, and the check in process was quick, easy, and hassle free. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!"

"i didnt like that they had no freezer in the refrigerator in our room. we carry ice packs for our medication. they did however offer to keep them in their office freezer. overall very nice place."

"The staff was welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was exceptionally clean and included everything we needed, including a convenient kitchenette. The hotel is located in a safe area, which made us feel comfortable during our visit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"it was the nicest motel i've stayed at, but the towels were 4/10. they had a $100 deposit which was reasonable. but unfortunately with it being a motel, and our room was upstairs facing the main lobby, but wasn't a fan of the no late check-out option. there were numerous disturbances at different times of the day & night. We hear policy boots walking by at night and there was a homeless person screaming very early in the morning. it wasn't a bad stay for the price, but probably won't be staying...
